Terms and Conditions

The contractual terms governing Veltrix Core services, payments, account use, and liability.
1. Agreement
By using services provided by Veltrix Core, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Services may include:
- VPS hosting
- Managed hosting
- Shared hosting
- Dedicated servers
- Email hosting
- DNS management
- Domain-related services
- Web hosting
- Game server hosting
- Infrastructure management services
Services may change over time.
Estimated provisioning times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:
- Hardware availability
- Fraud checks
- Datacentre processes
- Network configuration
- Third-party provider delays
Dedicated server provisioning may, in some circumstances, take longer than 72 hours.
Instant activation is not guaranteed for dedicated server products.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. Account Security
Customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining secure passwords
- Protecting account credentials
- Securing connected systems
- Maintaining backups unless explicitly included
Veltrix Core is not responsible for losses caused by compromised credentials.
5. Payments
- Services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
- Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension.
- Prices may change with reasonable notice.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Service Availability
Veltrix Core aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Downtime may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Emergency maintenance
- Hardware or software failure
- Upstream provider outages
- DDoS attacks
- Network interruptions
- Force majeure events
Customers using third-party DNS providers are responsible for ensuring records are configured correctly.
Veltrix Core is not responsible for downtime, SSL failures, email issues, or interruptions caused by incorrect third-party DNS configuration.
8. Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Suspension and Termination
Veltrix Core may suspend or terminate services immediately for:
- Abuse
- Security threats
- Illegal activity
- Payment failure
- Breach of these Terms
10. Backups
Unless explicitly included:
- Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
- Any backups provided are best-effort only.
- Backup availability and integrity are not guaranteed.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Veltrix Core shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid during the previous 30 days of service.
12. Customer Content
Customers retain ownership of their content.
Customers grant Veltrix Core permission to process and store content solely for providing services.
13. Abuse and Legal Requests
Veltrix Core may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where legally required.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
