Refund and Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, refunds, renewals, chargebacks, and post-termination data handling are managed.
1. Cancellation
Customers may cancel services at any time through the client portal or by contacting support.
Cancellation does not automatically generate refunds.
Customers are responsible for cancelling recurring services before the renewal date.
2. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Veltrix Core offers a 30 day money back guarantee on eligible services.
Eligible services may include:
- Shared hosting
- VPS hosting
- Managed hosting
- Web hosting
- Email hosting
The following are excluded unless otherwise stated:
- Dedicated servers
- Domain registrations
- SSL certificates
- Third-party licenses
- Setup fees
- Custom development work
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
Refunds apply only to first-time purchases of a service unless otherwise agreed.
Veltrix Core reserves the right to deny refunds where:
- Services were abused
- The Acceptable Use Policy was violated
- Fraudulent activity occurred
- Excessive resource abuse occurred
- Chargebacks were initiated
- Repeated refund abuse is identified
3. Automatic Renewals
Recurring services may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Chargebacks
Users initiating unjustified chargebacks may have services suspended or terminated immediately.
Additional administrative fees may apply where legally permitted by law.
5. Data Removal
Data may be permanently deleted after service termination.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups before cancellation.
Some backups may persist temporarily due to backup rotation schedules.
